The state of North Rhine-Westphalia and 15 partner organizations – including VDMA NRW – have launched an information campaign for more digital security in companies. On the website www.tuer-zu-im-netz.nrw, tips and tricks that can be implemented quickly – clearly presented in chapters structured according to cyber dangers – have been compiled. In addition, the website www.tuer-zu-im-netz.nrw offers an uncomplicated way to make an appointment for the free consulting services offered by DIGITAL.SICHER.NRW and provides information about the state’s funding program for more cyber security in companies. Small and medium-sized enterprises can receive financial support for cybersecurity measures through the “Mittelstand Innovativ & Digital” funding program in the “MID-Digitale Sicherheit” module. For example, investments in hardware, software and measures such as vulnerability analyses or training for employees are supported with up to 15,000 euros from state funds.
