INQA Coaching is a funding program of the Initiative for New Quality of Work (INQA), supported by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund Plus. The program’s goal is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Germany in overcoming the challenges of the modern workplace—from digitalization and securing skilled workers to new leadership and work concepts.

In a concise online session, Elisa Messerschmidt, a consultant at migosens GmbH and certified INQA coach, provided a brief overview of INQA coaching and the funding opportunities available to companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector.
The online workshop served as a kick-off for a subsequent in-person event later this year, during which we plan to delve deeper into the possibilities offered by INQA together.
