The “Rhineland Vouchers for the Future” funding program provides small and medium-sized enterprises with funds to help them master the structural change in the Rhineland mining region.
Climate protection and the coal phase-out pose major challenges for companies in the Rhenish mining region in the coming years. Supplier structures, business models and qualification requirements will change and not infrequently require major operational adjustments. At the same time, structural change offers many companies the opportunity to make their processes more climate-friendly and resource-efficient or to open up new growth markets.
The promotion covers four fieldsConsulting
- Consulting
- Personnel
- Qualification
- Investments
The broad focus of the program ensures that the often very different challenges of structural change can be effectively addressed. For example, consulting services and the acquisition of external know-how to realign the business model are supported. This applies in a similar way to the hiring of new employees, who enrich the transformation in the company with new ideas and new knowledge. Funds are also available for professional development measures and even for business investments. Applications can be submitted from now until June 30, 2024 at the latest.
