The state joint stand at Hannover Messe (April 22-26, 2024) offers an exhibition opportunity at an attractive price-performance ratio.
The focus of the Hannover Messe, which will take place from April 22 to 26, 2024, will be on the trends “CO2-neutral production,” “Energy for Industry,” “Industry 4.0,” “AI & Machine Learning,” and “Hydrogen & Fuel Cells.” The state of North Rhine-Westphalia is offering small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to exhibit at the joint state stand in Hall 7. The stand is approximately 600 m² in size and features an attractive, light-flooded stand design.
Exhibitor meeting
The concept and plans for the national community stand in Hall 7 will be discussed at an exhibitor meeting on 14 December. The binding registration will only take place after this first exhibitor meeting. Interested parties who are basically interested in participating are welcome to contact ina.grothof@vdma.org.
Service package 2024
The sponsor of the joint stands is the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia. A trade fair agency and a stand builder will plan and implement the joint state stand for your optimum trade fair presentation. Co-exhibitors receive a comprehensive service at the joint state stands, which includes the following services as a basic package:
- Modern stand design
- Exhibit-dependent exhibition space
- Stele with integrated 40-inch monitor for your own presentation
- Counter, brochure stand, standing aid
- Catering on the stand
- Hostess service for lounge and information counter
- Additional costs (e.g. electricity and water)
- Stand cleaning and security
- Stand brochure
- NRW networking evening at selected state community stands
Costs
The state bears the total costs of the joint state stand. As a co-exhibitor, you pay a flat-rate exhibitor contribution of 6,300 euros (plus VAT) for the basic package. The financing portion in excess of this will be granted as de minimis aid. Start-ups from North Rhine-Westphalia are eligible for reduced rates of 3,900 euros (plus VAT) on all joint state stands.
Hannover Messe
Hannover Messe is the most important international platform for all technologies related to industrial transformation and has recorded 130,000 visitors in 2023. 4,000 exhibitors have positioned themselves at the fair.
