Become a co-exhibitor on the NRW stand at the Hannover Messe!

Hannover Messe 2025 will take place in Hanover from March 31 to April 4, 2024. The Hannover Messe will focus on topics such as Smart Manufacturing, Digital Ecosystems/KI in Industry, Energy for Industry, Engineered Parts & Solutions, Compressed Air & Vacuum. The partner country of Hannover Messe 2025 is Canada.

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia is once again enabling small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups from NRW to participate in the joint state stand at Hannover Messe 2025. Companies can present their innovative products, technologies and services here, make contacts and raise their profile.

The concept and plans for the joint state stand in Hall 7 will be explained at an initial non-binding exhibitor meeting on November 7, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. Binding registration will only take place after this first exhibitor meeting. Anyone interested in participating is welcome to contact ina.grothof@vdma.org.

The joint stand is sponsored by the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia. As a co-exhibitor, you will receive a comprehensive service at the joint state stands, which includes the following services as a basic package:

  • Modern stand design
  • Exhibit-dependent exhibition space
  • Stele with integrated 40-inch monitor for your own presentation
  • Counter, brochure stand, standing aid
  • Catering on the stand
  • Hostess service for lounge and information counter
  • Ancillary costs (e.g. electricity and water)
  • Stand cleaning and security
  • Stand brochure
Your cost contribution

The state bears the total costs of the joint state stand. As co-exhibitors, participants pay a flat-rate exhibitor fee of EUR 6,300 (plus VAT) for the basic package. The additional financing share is granted as de minimis aid. For start-ups from North Rhine-Westphalia, discounted conditions of 3,900 euros (plus VAT) apply at all joint state stands.
