Turnkey organization and favorable conditions – this is what the joint stand “ProduktionNRW” of the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs offers exhibitors at WindEnergy Hamburg!
Machine and plant manufacturers from NRW can benefit from an attractive service package as exhibitors at the joint state stand at WindEnergy Hamburg (27 to 30 September 2022)! On approx. 360 sqm the co-exhibitors in hall B6 shall have the opportunity to present their new technologies and innovations.
Light-flooded stand design, inspiring environment, turnkey organization and favorable conditions – the joint company stand “ProduktionNRW” of the NRW Ministry of Economic Affairs offers potential co-exhibitors at WindEnergy Hamburg a high-quality service package! Companies from North Rhine-Westphalia will find the perfect setting there to present themselves to the trade audience at WindEnergy Hamburg, make new contacts and acquire customers. Use the opportunity to present your company, your innovations and your exhibits there!
As a co-exhibitor, you will receive a comprehensive service at the joint state stands, which includes the following services as a basic package – included in the exhibitor fee:
- Modern, transparent stand design in the corporate design of the State of NRW with a high recognition factor
- Exhibitor space depending on the exhibit
- Stele with integrated 40-inch monitor for your own presentation
- Counter, brochure stand, standing aid
- Catering on the stand and hostess service for lounge and information counter
- Additional costs (e.g. electricity and water), stand cleaning and security service
- Layout and production of a stand brochure
- Central advertising and press relations

First exhibitor meeting
The first information meeting will take place online on April 28, 2022. There you will receive detailed information about the state fair appearance.
Cost contribution
The state bears the total costs of the state fair appearance. As a co-exhibitor, you will pay a flat-rate exhibitor contribution of 5,200 euros (plus VAT) for the basic package. The financing portion in excess of this is granted as a de minimis subsidy. Special conditions are available for start-ups!
